How many videos would you like to insert?

With the latest release you can still add as many PiP’s (picture-in-picture) as you like. What is new in this version is the smooth way of handling PiP. Align your videos with the help of the grid once you have dragged the clips down on the timeline. In the preview window you can now add a grid. Choose among different different grids to find one to suit your project. The grid helps you place the videos (or other graphic objects) where you want. With the “snap-to-grid” feature it is even easier to align the videos.

In the movie below, there are 16 videos playing together on top of the “main” video.

Oh! By the way… This video is exported directly from Creaza to YouTube with the new “Export to YouTube” feature.

New release of Creaza

Creaza is upgrading this afternoon/night (17.00-07.00 CET). Creaza might seem unstable during this upgrade. A newsletter of new features in this upgrade will be published on this blog after upgrade.

Creaza 3.0 released this weekend

This weekend we released Creaza 3.0. The highlights from this release are some important features and improved GUI. Below you can see listed the new features and improvements.

Mindomo

Added more clipart and it is more structured.
New templates (skins) for the mindmaps
Easier access to notes, multimeda, hyperlinks and task information
“Save as”-functionality, save new instances of your mindmaps (*)

Cartoonist

Better zoom-functionality, now you can zoom in several times without having to zoom out (*)
“Save as”-functionality, save new instances of your cartoons (*)

MovieEditor

Export your movies as mp4-files (*)
Expand and collapse layers vertically. Default is collapsed. Expand for more functionality (adjust layer volume, mute, solo) (*).
Collapse layers horizontally for more workspace (*)
Add a marker to your timeline with descriptional text (*)
“Save as”-functionality, save new instances of your movies (*)
Drawing og waveforms on the audiolayers
Support for SWF- and GIF-animations in gfx-layers

New Creaza launch in near future

Creaza is wrapping up the work with launch of a new release. The new release will have a new tool and new and improved features in existing tools.

We are also building Creaza’s brand new helpcenter. It will be available with the new release.

Termination of demo user access trough Fronter

For the last year, it has been possible to use the demo version of Creaza with a single-sign-on solution trough Fronter (VLE/MLE). This is no longer possible. From monday 17th of August you have to have purchased Creaza for your school to benefit from the great integration between Fronter and Creaza. If you have been using the demo version, your work will still be available trough Fronter, but it will not be possible to create new products. For the schools and LA’s that have purchased Creaza, everything will still be available only with more functionality.
